Consumer confidence in the United Kingdom has risen after a two-month slump, according to a GfK survey conducted for the month.
The index increased by three points in November, reaching a negative 18 points.
Neil Bellamy, GfK's consumer insights director, attributed earlier declines to concerns over the UK Budget and the US presidential election. Despite these gains, Bellamy cautioned against expecting major improvements soon, emphasizing that the consumer mood remains fragile.
