Argentinian and Chinese officials are currently in the early stages of discussing Argentinian President Javier Milei's possible visit to Beijing, the South China Morning Post reported citing sources with knowledge of the matter.
Sources detailed that at present no date or agenda has been set. The news comes a day after South American media claimed Milei will be making a trip to China on July 4.
Milei's spokesman, Manuel Adorni, denied previous reports, telling media that there is "absolutely nothing confirmed" at the moment.
