Air defense "is working" in Russia's port city of Novorossiysk, the city's mayor, Andrey Kravchenko, announced shortly after urging civilians to seek shelter due to the threat of a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) attack.
"All services are on alert. I ask you to remain calm, observe safety measures, and stay in safe places," Kravchenko wrote on Telegram late Tuesday. No further information was immediately available.
