United States Energy Information Administration (EIA) said on Tuesday that it is expecting the new-well oil production per rig to increase by almost 31 barrels per day across seven regions during February.
In the Drilling Productivity Report, the EAI said that the region to increase production the most could be Permian as it is expected to climb from 1332 to 1345 barrels per day, followed by Bakken, rising from 1833 to 1842. Eagle Ford is estimated to grow by five barrels/day, Niobrara by two and Appalachia and Anadarko by one both.
