Erdogan: Israel lying about not having nuclear weapons

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan accused Israel of lying and refusing to admit that it has nuclear weapons during a press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on Friday.

"Does Israel currently have nuclear weapons? Yes, but if you ask Israel, they won't admit it because they are very good at using lies," he stressed, adding that Israel has wiped out the Gaza Strip, where more than 13,000 children, women, and old people have been killed.

Earlier, Turkey and Germany agreed that a two-state solution is the only way to resolve the crisis between Israel and Palestine.
