Erdogan, El-Sisi hold meeting during G20 summit

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi held a private meeting on the sidelines of the G20 summit in New Delhi, Erdogan's office announced.

According to the announcement, the leaders discussed various aspects of the bilateral relationship between their two countries, including energy cooperation.

Egypt and Turkey appointed ambassadors to each other's capitals in July, signaling a thaw in relations following a decade of tensions.
