Bringing down United States' budget deficit is one way to reduce inflationary pressures, President Joe Biden said on Wednesday.
Delivering remarks at the White House, Biden blamed the previous administration for increasing the budget deficit with what he described as an "irresponsible tax-cut bill."
"I reduced it by $350 billion since the start of the year, and I am on track to reduce it by $1.5 trillion," Biden claimed.
