Two people were killed, and four were injured in a shelling that Russian forces carried out in the Kherson region in the past 24 hours, Kherson's Governor Oleksandr Prokudin posted on his Facebook account on Monday.
"Over the past day, the enemy carried out 95 attacks, firing 514 shells from mortars, artillery, [BM-21] Grads, tanks, UAVs, and aircraft. The enemy fired 46 shells at the city of Kherson," Prokudin said.
The governor added that Russian troops hit residential areas and the facilities of a health center in the region.
