International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Grossi will visit Moscow, Russia's Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov said on Wednesday. Grossi will arrive on Thursday to discuss creating a security zone around the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Ukraine.
Ulyanov said the negotiating process is currently not settled but that "some points will be clarified" during the meeting with Grossi. Earlier this month, the IAEA agreed with the Ukrainian government to deploy its safety and security missions to all nuclear power plants in Ukraine.
