Hamas senior official Khaled Meshaal (pictured) said that the militant group will "break the enemy soon," referring to Israeli troops that are fighting against Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
"This is not the final round. It is an important round on the path of liberating Palestine and defeating the Zionist project [Israel]," Meshaal stated in Doha.
Earlier in the week, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said three sons and four grandchildren of Ismail Haniyeh, a senior Hamas leader and former Palestinian Authority prime minister, were killed in an Israeli airstrike in Gaza.
