Hostilities between Israel, Lebanon-based groups continue

The Israel Defense Forces announced on Sunday that it took additional action against Lebanon-based groups, specifying it killed a "terrorist cell" and two "terrorists" in three separate incidents this afternoon.

"Since the beginning of the war, IDF soldiers in the Northern Command have killed terrorist cells in Lebanon. Most of them were killed before they managed to fire toward Israeli territory. IDF soldiers, tanks, artillery and fighter jets continue to maintain a high level of defensive readiness and are constantly operating to remove the threat."

At the same time, Hezbollah claimed that it had shot down an Israeli drone east of Al-Khiam with a direct strike using a ground-to-air missile.
