United Kingdom Chancellor of the Exchequer Jeremy Hunt announced on Monday that he will formally reveal details of his spring budget plan on March 15, 2023.

Hunt informed the British parliament that he instructed the Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) to prepare its projections that will be published alongside the spring 2023 budget announcement.

"This forecast, in addition to the forecast that took place in November 2022, will fulfill the obligation for the OBR to produce at least two forecasts in a financial year, as is required by legislation," he specified.
