Yahya Rahim Safavi, (pictured) a senior adviser to Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, declared that Israeli embassies are now considered unsafe, Iran's Tasnim news agency reported.

He emphasized Tehran's stance, asserting that confrontation with Israel is regarded as a legitimate and legal right.

The statement coincides with heightened tensions after a suspected Israeli strike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus, Syria, resulting in the deaths of seven Iranian Revolutionary Guard members, including two high-ranking generals.
