Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) announced on Sunday in a post on X that a "counter-terror" operation in the northern West Bank will be expanded further.
"Numerous IDF, Shin Bet and Border Guard forces began operating overnight to thwart terrorism in Nur Shams," the Israeli army said, adding that "several terrorists" were killed as a result, while other "wanted" individuals were arrested.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Health Ministry announced in a Telegram update that following Israel's strike on the Nur Shams camp located close to the northern city of Tulkarem in the West Bank, 23-year-old Sondos Jamal Muhammad Shalabi, who was eight months pregnant, was killed.
