The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) issued an evacuation order for several neighborhoods in Gaza City on Wednesday, citing renewed rocket fire from the area. IDF's Arabic spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, urged residents of Al-Zeitoun Al-Gharbi, Tal Al-Hawa, Sheikh Ajlin, Tasbeet Al-Nafoud, and Al-Rimal Al-Janoubi to evacuate immediately.

"This is a final advance warning before the raids!" Adraee stated on X, adding that rockets were launched from within civilian areas. Residents were instructed to move south via Rashid Street to shelters south of Wadi Gaza.

The warning followed an earlier attack in which two rockets were allegedly launched from central Gaza at southern Israel. The IDF reported that one projectile was intercepted by air defenses, while the second struck near the border community of Zimrat. No casualties have been reported. The number of civilians killed in the Strip due to Israeli actions has reached 830 in one week.
