Israel is considering the possibility of more ceasefires in the conflict with Hamas in order to free more hostages, the Wall Street Journal reported. The two sides resumed hostilities on Friday after a seven-day pause, including one 24-hour extension.
Israel claimed Hamas violated the terms of the deal when it restarted strikes on Friday morning. According to the report, an anonymous Israeli official said securing the release of the maximum number of hostages is a "high priority," adding that "we can negotiate while we still fight."
