Israel targets over 10 'terrorists' in Jenin raid

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said in an update on Wednesday that it carried out strikes targeting more than 10 Palestinian individuals it considers terrorists during a raid in the city of Jenin in the West Bank. The Israeli military added it also targeted "terrorist infrastructure" in the area and defused explosive devices planted on the roads.

The large-scale operation started yesterday, with Palestinian authorities reporting at least 10 people have been killed and 40 injured. The raid was announced a day after the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in Gaza came into force.
