The riots that occurred at the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, are a "tragic culmination" of what former US President Donald Trump's four years in office "did to our country," White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki stated on Wednesday.
In his speech tomorrow, current President Joe Biden will address "the significance of what happened at the Capitol and the singular responsibility President Trump has for the chaos and carnage that we saw," Psaki added.
Biden will "forcibly push back on the lies spread by the former president," she stressed.
