Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak told reporters on Tuesday that Russia is "not excluding new joint measures with OPEC to stabilize the market," days after OPEC's de facto leader engaged in a price war with Russia.
Last week's talks in Vienna went awry after Russia decided not to agree to further output cuts suggested by the cartel.
However, the minister hinted that the next OPEC+ meeting might take place in May or June but nevertheless assured that the Russian oil market remains competitive even at current price levels.
