North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un said that now is the time to be more ready for war than ever before and that his country "should be more firmly and perfectly prepared for a war, which should be won without fail, not just for a possible war," the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported.
Additionally, Kim stated that he will not hesitate to use all possible means against every country that chooses to take military action against North Korea.
Last week, Pyongyang claimed it had successfully launched a new intermediate-range ballistic missile (IRBM) equipped with a hypersonic warhead.
