Kiev Mayor Vitaly Klitschko said on Thursday that at least one person died and two were injured in a Russian strike on the Ukrainian capital. He said a rocket hit a non-residential building in the Holosiivskyi District of Kiev.

The Ukrainian Air Force said earlier in the day that Russia has launched over 30 missiles in its latest attack, which follows a decision by Western partners to send dozens of battle tanks to Ukraine.
