Liverpool FC announced on Thursday that manager Juergen Klopp and his assistants Pepijn Lijnders and Peter Krawietz extended their respective contracts, with British media reporting that their new deals are set to expire in 2026.
Klopp started his Liverpool career in 2015, winning the UEFA Champions League in 2019, the Premier League in 2020, the EFL Cup in 2022, the UEFA Super Cup in 2019 and the FIFA Club World Cup in 2019.
"For as long as I have been here, our owners have been unbelievably committed and energetic about this club and it is clear that right now this applies to our future as much as I've ever known," the Reds' manager told the club's website.
