Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko informed on Monday that the overnight airstrike on the Ukraine's capital city damaged critical energy infrastracture that resulted in emergency power outages.
"According to the Air Defense Forces, 40 kamikaze drones were heading for Kiev at night. 15 were destroyed over neighboring regions, 3 - in Kiev region and 22 drones - over the capital," the mayor wrote on his Telegram Channel.
According to earlier reports, Ukrainian drones targeted the Bryansk Oblast in Russia, cutting off the energy supply in the region but leaving no casualties.
