When asked about the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk said that he thinks there will be "a negotiated peace" and stressed that United States President Donald Trump's plan is "the only thing that will work."

"For the past two years, thousands of people have died every week for nothing and I take great offense at those who put the appearance of goodness over the reality of it," Musk said, criticizing those who "virtue signal" but offer no "solutions."

"They just want that to continue forever, their lack of a solution means that kids don't have a father, that parents lost a son. For what? Nothing," he added during his Fox News interview.
