Elon Musk said on Saturday that, if his acquisition of Twitter is completed, "work ethic expectations would be extreme, but much less than I demand of myself." Musk offered to buy the social media company for $44 billion or $54.20 per share in cash, and the deal is expected to close later this year.

Yesterday, Musk claimed Twitter will be "will be super focused on hardcore software engineering, design, infosec and server hardware" once he takes it private.
