Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, said on Wednesday that the strategic military agreement signed between North Korea and Russia is a "unilateral" and "most brazen" nullification of all restrictions and resolutions imposed on Pyongyang.
Podolyak underlined in his post on X that the deal, in fact, represents a "demonstrative pact on the joint destruction of global rules and the organization of mass murder of civilians of other countries."
Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korea's Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un signed an agreement that includes a mutual defense clause, ensuring cooperation between the two countries in the face of possible aggression.
