Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday that the second round of talks between officials from Russia and the United States could happen in Saudi Arabia in mid-April, TASS reported on Thursday, citing a source familiar with the process.
"Technical consultations between Russia and the United States will continue, although organizational issues related to holding the next round of talks have not yet been discussed. The delegations may hold another meeting in Riyadh around mid-April," the agency added.
