Adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Mykhailo Podolyak, said on Wednesday that there are no signs of Russian troops withdrawing from Kherson "without a fight."
Podolyak explained that part of Russian forces is "preserved" in the city, with additional reserves being dispatched to the region. "Ukraine is liberating territories based on intelligence data, not staged TV statements," he emphasized.
Earlier today, the Russian Ministry of Defense issued an order for the withdrawal of Russian forces from Kherson, days after Kiev accused Moscow of "forcibly removing" residents of the Kherson region and moving them further into Russian-occupied territory.
