Lando Norris has won the Australian Grand Prix at Albert Park in Melbourne, securing the opening race of the season for McLaren. Defending champion Max Verstappen managed to fend off Mercedes' George Russell and secure second place, with Russell rounding out the podium. Antonelli managed to pass Alexander Albon, but a penalty for unsafe release caused him to drop to fifth place.
