Russia's Health Ministry said on Thursday that the number of people injured in the previous day's explosion at a factory in Sergiyev Posad climbed to 80, while one person died.
The ministry stressed that 15 people are in hospitals following the incident and three are said to be in critical condition.
Earlier, emergency services said the blast was likely caused by a "violation of the technological process."
