Iranian Ministry of Defense confirmed on Thursday one man was found dead following the "industrial accident" at Parchin military complex near Tehran.
According to the ministry, engineer Ehsan Ghad Beigi was killed in the accident that occurred in one of the defense ministry's "research units" in the Parchin area the evening before, leaving one more person injured.
The state media previously reported an explosion at the side, but the cause of the catastrophe has yet to be revealed. The United Nations ''nuclear watchdog'' has investigated the Parchin military facility recently.
