Paris Saint-Germain left Kylian Mbappe out of their squad for the club's pre-season Asian tour and put the player up for sale.

According to media reports, PSG believes that Mbappe already agreed to join Real Madrid when his current contract expires next year and are looking to sell him now in order to avoid him leaving on a free transfer.

In June, the Frenchman told the club that he does not intend to trigger the option of a one-year contract extension and plans to stay at the club until the end of his current contract. Meanwhile, PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi has stressed Mbappe will have to leave the club unless he agrees to a contract extension. "If Kylian wants to stay, we want him to stay. But he needs to sign a new contract," he stated.
