Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said during a press conference on Friday that there are "no grounds for resuming the grain deal."

Commenting on Ukraine's attempts to establish new routes for grain supplies, Peskov said that the "deal was never fulfilled in the part that concerned Russia," adding that "there are no prospects for fulfillment" while other ways of transportation of Ukrainian grain are dangerous.

"Ship owners and companies should realize that they are working with maximum risk," he said.
