Putin, Macron, Scholz talk Ukraine crisis

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his counterparts French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz discussed on Saturday the latest developments regarding the crisis in Ukraine, especially issues related to the pending agreements on the fulfillment of Russian demands, as reported by the Kremlin press service.

"The president of Russia spoke in detail about the series of talks held in recent days between Russian and Ukrainian representatives in video format. In this regard, the three countries' leaders considered some issues related to implementing the known Russian requests," read the statement.

The three also discussed the humanitarian situation in Ukraine and agreed to continue the talks.
