Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed condolences to the Iranian leadership over the terrorist attack in Kerman and condemned terrorism in all its forms, the Kremlin announced on Wednesday.
In a telegram sent to Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and President Ebrahim Raisi, Putin noted that the killing of civilians "shocks with its cruelty and cynicism."
"Please convey words of sympathy and support to the families and friends of the victims, as well as wishes for a fast recovery to all the injured," Putin added.
