Putin trusted by 82% of Russians, poll says

Eight in ten Russians, or 82% of respondents, trust President Vladimir Putin, while only 10% do not, a new poll conducted by the Public Opinion Foundation (FOM) revealed on Friday.

The survey found that the same percentage, 82%, believe Putin is doing a good job as head of state, while 8% had the opposite opinion.

Furthermore, 54% expressed their support of the government and 24% dissatisfaction with its work. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin was positively assessed by 58% of the participants and poorly by 12%.
