Putin: All Moscow concert hall attackers found and detained

Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the nation in a televised speech following an attack on a concert hall in Moscow, confirming the arrest of 11 individuals, including all four direct participants.

The Russian leader assured the public that the authorities would identify and punish all those with any ties to the attack, highlighting ongoing efforts by security agencies to uncover who facilitated the group, including transport providers and weapons suppliers.

In response to the tragic event, Putin said comprehensive counter-terrorism measures would be implemented across Russia, describing the incident, which took the lives of over 100 people, as a "bloody, barbaric" act of terror.
