Ramaswamy won't serve on Trump's govt efficiency agency

Entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy will not be a part of the newly formed Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), the commission spokesperson Anna Kelly confirmed, adding that he will run for elected office instead.

Kelly said that Ramaswamy's plans to run for office would require him to remain outside of DOGE which he was initially planned to lead alongside billionaire entrepreneur and SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

"We thank him immensely for his contributions over the last 2 months and expect him to play a vital role in making America great again," Kelly said of Ramaswamy.
