Reddit reached an agreement with the National Basketball Association (NBA), the National Football League (NFL), and Major League Baseball (MLB) to feature their official video and other similar content on its platform, The Information reported on Monday, citing Chief Operating Officer (COO) Jen Wong's notice it obtained.

According to Wong, the deals are a part of Reddit's effort to draw more users in and increase revenue. The company will seek to strike other cooperations of that kind in the future, Wong added.

Recently, Reddit made collaboration deals with OpenAI and Alphabet Inc.'s Google, allowing those companies to use the content shared on the platform to improve their artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
