The possibility of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) attack was declared in Russia's Kursk and Voronezh regions on Friday.
"Kursk region: the danger of a UAV attack. Be careful! Air defense forces and means are on alert to repel a possible attack," the governor of the region, Alexei Smirnov, announced on Telegram. Shortly after, a similar warning came from the governor of the Voronezh region, Alexander Gusev, who told citizens to "remain calm" and pay attention to further alerts.
Meanwhile, Russia's Belgorod region faces the threat of a missile attack, according to the region's governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov. Gladkov urged locals to seek shelter in basements and remain there until the danger passes.
