Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev stated on Sunday that Russia is "increasing the production of the most powerful means of destruction, including those based on new principles."
He added that, while Ukraine only sees an enemy in Russia, Russia's enemies are not only in Ukraine, but also in Europe, North America, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and "a whole host of other places loyal to contemporary Nazis."
