A woman was killed when Ukrainian forces launched an attack against temporary accommodation points for civilians displaced in floods in the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, Russia-appointed acting governor shared on his Telegram channel on Saturday.
Saldo stated that British-French Storm Shadow missiles were presumably used in the attack. The news comes after United Nations warned that the humanitarian situation in the country is rapidly deteriorating after the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant destruction.
