The drones were intercepted over several regions, including 27 in Kursk, 16 in Bryansk, seven in Smolensk, three in Belgorod, and one in Oryol.
The ministry described the incident as an attempted "terrorist attack" by the Kyiv regime against targets within Russian territory.
