In Russia, a woman and a seven-year-old child were injured during an attack by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the town of Gubkin, which is located in the region of Belgorod, according to Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of the region.
"In the city of Gubkin, a drone attacked a private house. A woman and a seven-year-old child were injured," Gladkov wrote on Telegram, adding that a drone strike caused a house fire and that fire crews were working to extinguish it.
The governor clarified that the woman who suffered multiple shrapnel injuries has been taken to the Gubkinskaya Central Regional Hospital, while the child who sustained shrapnel injuries to his arms and legs has been taken to the Starooskolskaya District Children's Hospital.
