South Korea's National Security Adviser Cho Tae-yong (pictured) estimated on Tuesday that North Korea could launch its first military spy satellite soon.
If that happens, Seoul will take action to help deepen Pyongyang's international isolation, he told Yonhap News TV in an interview.
Cho said that issues could have prevented the launch before the end-of-April deadline that North's Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un had set earlier.
