Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu claimed on Monday that Ukraine is focusing on conducting "terrorist attacks" on civilian infrastructure on Russian territory.
"Against the backdrop of an unsuccessful so-called 'counteroffensive,' the Kiev regime, with the support of Western sponsors, has focused on carrying out terrorist attacks on civilian infrastructure in cities and towns of the Russian Federation," Shoygu said during a conference call with the leadership of Russian Armed Forces.
The comments come after Ukrainian drones targeted office buildings in Moscow over the last few days.
