The general staff of the Ukrainian armed forces on Saturday said 158,000 Russian troops have been killed in Ukraine since the start of Moscow's military operation in February last year.
According to the latest publication, exactly 1,010 Russian soldiers were killed over the past 24 hours.
Over the past day, Moscow also allegedly lost at least another 10 tanks, 20 armored protected vehicles, 8 artillery systems, 2 multiple rocket launchers, 1 anti-aircraft warfare system, 1 tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicle, 7 trucks and tankers as well as 2 units of special equipment.
