Starmer: Putin must agree to unconditional ceasefire

United Kingdom Prime Minister Keir Starmer urged Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday to agree to a "full and immediate ceasefire" in Ukraine "without conditions."

Starmer condemned Russia's "horrific" missile attacks on Sumy that killed over 30 and wounded more than 80 people. He claimed that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky "has shown his commitment to peace" and called on Moscow to do the same.
