Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Tuesday that the technical-expert talks between Tehran and the United States, which were scheduled to take place on Wednesday, April 23, have been postponed to Saturday, April 26.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei detailed in a statement that the decision was made after Oman proposed the pushback. The delegations from both countries accepted the suggestion.
Previously, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi remarked that after the technical meeting is over, "we will be in a better position to judge the possibility of reaching an understanding" on a nuclear deal.
