Street traffic in the Russian city of Rostov resumed on Sunday after being halted once the Wagner mercenary group took control of the Southern Military District building in the city, RIA Novosti reported.

The situation around the army headquarters reportedly eased after Wagner head Yevgeny Prigozhin and his forces agreed to retreat and stop their march toward Moscow.
